ORDER. You can submit an order for products to Baby2Travel.co.uk by completing the details thru the website shopping cart, or you can phone our sales team on 01902 366333 to place an order over the phone. |
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. (IF NECESARY OTHERVISE ALL ORDERS ARE DEALT WITH THE VERY SAME DAY) We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e/mail and you will also receive a call from one of our advisors. We will call regarding stock availability, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for yourself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason of the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. |

REFUNDS. Depending on the case all refunds are made within 7 days( providing the product has been purchased within 28 day and is in its original condition and packaging). The refund will be issued the way payment has been received, by card, cheque, Paypal, cash (if purchased from our showroom(s)) etc. (PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT REFUND ANY PRODUCTS USED UNTIL WE HAVE THE REPORT FROM THE MANUFACTURER OR OUR SERVICE CENTER TEAM) |

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends 28 days after the date of your order being placed with us. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within 7 days. You may return the products to us at your own expense or CONTACT US to arrange collection, which will be arranged by one our advisors. Goods may also be returned to our store if previously arranged. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. We recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw please call us on 0871 2880873 or use contact CONTACT FORM (PLEASE NOTE AN ADMINISTRATION CHARGE OF £9.99 IS APPLIED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU) This is to cover our expenses for packging and courier fees |
WARRANTIES. The products which are sold via this web site or our showroom have been and manufactured to comply to statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom. All our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for 6 months (or more depending on the manufacturer and product) for defects in manufacturing and or materials. We will arrange a free collection your faulty products purchased from us within the first 28 days , repair/exchange and return it to you within 7-14 working days depending on availability of spare parts. If we are unable to repair, a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace we will refund your money, provided the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items being returned for refund must be returned complete including all accessories.
If accidental damage occurs or the guarantee has expired a repair may be possible at a modest charge. We offer a same day repair service for most prams and pushchair in our store (providing the parts are available). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |

BABY TRAVEL will not sell, transfer or give freely your personal information to any company or organization without your consent except to comply with laws or regulations of the government or other regulatory body, or to protect the rights of BABY TRAVEL. We will not send you any unsolicited advertising material. |
DELIVERY. Free delivery NEXT DAY* working days on all UK MAINLAND orders over £20.00. Orders under £20.00 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of 30% (subject to stock availability). One of our sales advisors will contact you by telephone or email with regards to advise you when your goods will arrive.(Please note: next day delivery is not a guarantee depending on order details holidays or stock availability a memeber of our team will get in touch with you to explain or collect additional information from you.) Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be arranged but a £ 8 .00 surcharge will apply .If your goods do not arrive within seven working days, e-mail or telephone us and we will contact the carrier ( and supply you with their contact details and tracking number of your parcel). All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost. |
For selected products ( large orders) and furniture we use a different transport company and goods may be delivered pallatised and incures a SURCHARGE. For such deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address as the driver may need assistance. As the driver is not employed by the Baby travel.
Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Eire please call or email for details. If purchasing from the Channel Islands you may also buy V.A.T exempt. You will have to call our store for this service. |
